We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Officer to join our Fundraising team. Under the supervision of the CRM and Data Insight Manager and alongside two CRM Officers, you will manage the day-to-day functioning of the system. The role is responsible for producing complex mailing data selections, importing data into CRM via an ETL tool, supporting CRM development improvements for the Fundraising team, data cleansing and fundraising performance reporting.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Duration: Permanent

Location: London - hybrid 2 days per week London office

Salary: £40,682.16 per annum

Job Purpose:

The CRM Officer plays a pivotal role, providing the day-to-day support needed to ensure there is a functioning CRM system for the Fundraising team.

Working under the supervision of the CRM and Data Insight Manager, the CRM Officer is responsible for managing regular data imports into CRM, providing data selections, reporting and performance analysis, system development, team training and running data cleansing routines. 

They are also responsible for developing and maintaining system user guides.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Considerable experience of CRM database systems, preferably in the non-for-profit sector.
• Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Automate is essential.
• Experience of using KingswaySoft or another ETL tool with good programming skills such as SQL.
• Experience of segmenting and building data selections for supporter communications.
• A systematic and organised approach with a proven ability to follow things through and meet regular deadlines.
• An excellent level of numeracy combined with accuracy and attention to detail around data processing.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel to an advanced level including the ability to produce and manipulate data to inform Fundraising activities.
• Experience of gathering data from various sources and producing reports.
• Confident interpersonal and negotiating skills with an ability to manage and build relationships with external suppliers, as well as with colleagues.
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work without close supervision.
• Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload amid conflicting demands.
• Flexibility to take on other related tasks combined with willingness to learn.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Brief role description:

The Communications Manager will play a key role in sharing the inspiring and powerful stories of our clients and the wider military community we support across the UK. They will be responsible for securing high-profile, meaningful media coverage that raises awareness of our mission to provide life-long, life-changing support, employment and training opportunities to Service leavers, veterans, reservists and their families. As we mark our 140th anniversary, this is a pivotal time for the Communications Manager to develop and deliver an integrated communications strategy across PR, traditional and new media, social media, and public affairs. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Communications, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Community Engagement Manager and their teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all marketing and
communication activity.​​

We are recruiting a high energy and hands on Garden Manager to work closely with the Senior Leadership team at Sufra to support the development and expansion of the community garden, and manage the team of garden staff and volunteers. This is an exciting time in the development of St. Raphael’s Edible Garden, as we are looking for an experienced Garden Manager to oversee the next steps in the development of the site, deliver a range of learning outcomes and fully implement, manage and further develop all aspects of the garden project.

Alongside practical educational outdoor experience, the successful candidate will understand how to design educational programmes that are accessible and engaging for a range of audiences, including school children and young people, adults with additional needs, and wider community. Project management and organisational skills are also essential. Sepsis Research, FEAT is a dynamic and ambitious charity dedicated to combating sepsis through awareness, innovative research, and community support. Founded in 2013 by a sepsis survivor, Sepsis Research FEAT is dedicated to combating sepsis through awareness, innovative research, and community support. The charity funds world-leading research to improve sepsis outcomes, runs public awareness campaigns, and engages with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Recent achievements include identifying top research priorities with the James Lind Alliance and delivering educational initiatives across the UK. Their vision is to #stopsepsisnow and make significant strides against this 'hidden killer'. We are currently seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our team as CEO (Freelance), with the goal of scaling our operations and increasing our annual turnover from £300k to £1M by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

· Advocacy and Representation: Act as the public face of the charity, representing its interests at events, in the media, and with policymakers.

· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to achieve the charity's financial goals.

· Fundraising and Development: Lead fundraising initiatives, including donor engagement, grant applications, and corporate partnerships.

· Financial Management: Oversee the charity's financial health, ensuring effective budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.

· Team Management: Inspire, mentor, and manage a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and the community.

· Operational Oversight: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the charity, including program delivery, compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the non-profit sector.

· Demonstrated success in fundraising and revenue generation.

· Strong financial acumen and experience in financial management.
