As Prince’s Trust International transitions to The King’s Trust International and expands its reach, we have an exciting opportunity that will be pivotal in strengthening the legal, governance and assurance function for the charity.
You will be working closely with our Head of Legal & Company Secretary and lead on complex, challenging and meaningful projects worldwide. You will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or paralegal with post qualification legal experience gained in house or in a proactive private practice environment that you will utilise to help the charity to boost its income, including through a newly established trading subsidiary, and to support young people through programmes delivered in over 18 countries.
Proactive and solutions-focused, your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective trusted relationships and influence at all levels. You will need to be well-versed in most areas of charity and commercial law, adept at providing legal advice and assistance and able to undertake company secretarial and legal compliance matters. Flexible, you will be able quickly to expand your knowledge and experience in new areas as part of an ambitious and agile team. In addition, your excellent planning and organisation skills will enable you to prioritise and multitask as you work at the heart of the organisation’s governance, improving processes and achieving positive change.

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee our dedicated team of Floating Support Workers.
In this role, you will be responsible for line managing a team of Floating Support Workers and Lead Workers; Coordinating the provision of high-quality Floating Support to a wide range of individuals residing in Westminster or out of the borough in Temporary Accommodation placements
SHP Westminster Floating Support Service is funded by Westminster Borough to provide holistic, dynamic support to residents of Westminster. The aim of the service is to assist vulnerable residents to sustain their accommodation and access appropriate services to enable them to maintain independence and lead fulfilling lives.
About the role:
As the Floating Support Team Manager, you will join an experienced management team to help ensure the delivery of effective and person-centred support services.
You will support the management team to ensure the service is running effectively and the team feel well supported and empowered to undertake their roles. You will monitor quality and the effectiveness of the support services by conducting regular supervisions and supporting with the data collection for reporting purposes.
You will also develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including Clients, Community Mental Health Teams, Housing, Adult Social Care with the aim of promoting collaboration.
About you:
- An Understanding of how to provide effective staff management and demonstrable ability to manage staff performance and motivate staff members to perform effectively.
- Understanding and experience of working with the issues faced by people who experience mental ill health, substance use issues, and who have offending histories, in accessing the appropriate support from services.
- A good and current understanding of safeguarding issues and procedures
- Experience working as part of a multi-agency partnership to address complex problems and bring about positive change
- Resilience and determination to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions.
- An approach that is analytical, and person-centred, rooted in a strengths and recovery model.

Using a data-led approach, you’ll be able to use your user experience expertise to help drive the adoption of a digital-first way of working across the Foundation’s activities.
What does the role involve?
· Managing the relationship with our website development agency. Making recommendations for areas of improvement and further development.
· Managing our analytics and other insight platforms to ensure that we collect robust data and can make informed, evidence-based recommendations to ensure we’re using digital to deliver against the Foundation’s strategic objectives.
· Support and develop the implementation of an SEO strategy for our website content to ensure that our audiences can find our content.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
· Ability to interpret complex requirements and user needs and make recommendations of implementable solutions.
· Knowledge of the fundamental of Agile and Scrum
· Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio)
· Analytical skills with the ability to effectively capture, process and interpret information and make actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

Location: Home or office based - London N4 or Manchester M1.
Salary: £40,000 per annum FTC.

Arts Emergency, a mentoring charity and support network aiming to address the inequalities in the creative and cultural sectors, is looking for an experienced and motivated fundraiser to provide leadership and management for fundraising activities.
Since 2013, Arts Emergency has been providing 16-25 year olds in London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside and beyond with a trained mentor working in their field of interest. Mentors help Young Talent set goals, explore their passions and make decisions about higher education, training and careers. After they complete a year of mentoring, Young Talent can continue to access opportunities, advice, resources and paid work from the Arts Emergency Network until they turn 26. The network is made up of thousands of cultural professionals who’ve all offered to share crucial gateways into hard to crack industries like TV, publishing and architecture with young people.
This position will be responsible for raising the necessary income to ensure Arts Emergency’s high-quality, person focused, asset-based services for young people are sustainably funded and can
scale. This is a new role that reports to the Director of Fundraising & Marketing, overseeing a diverse income portfolio including individual giving, major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate donations, commercial income and community fundraising. The Head of Fundraising will have a particular focus on managing and growing the charity’s income from individuals and organisations, with an aim to increase overall fundraising to £1.25m in 2026.

Rape Crisis England & Wales works in partnership with three of our member centres to deliver the 24/7 Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Line. We lead on the digital infrastructure of the service, including the management of a Cloud Contact Centre and various internal systems used by Support Line operators and managers. The focus of this role is to manage and continually improve these digital products, working across the partnership to ensure that products meet the needs of the people that use them.
