Director of Transformation (DDaT)

A leading national charity is seeking an Interim Director of Transformation (DDaT) to guide the organisation through a crucial 18 month period of modernisation. This is a senior mandate suited to someone with broad technology leadership experience in fundraising charities of around 100–250 employees, and the capability to drive major transformation programmes to completion, including a significant CRM migration and the development of a modern data platform.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring the charity’s technology architecture is coherent, scalable and secure, overseeing key platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft 365/Azure, and the charity’s evolving data lakehouse. A national charity seeking a Interim Senior Commercial Management Accountant to support their finance team during a period of growth and transformation.

The Role

• Property and Housing Management, ensuring the accommodation meets our requirements, and repairs and maintenance are regularly reported and completed

About You

We are seeking a passionate, driven and motivated colleague to lead this service in a trauma informed and inclusive way. Someone who is knowledgeable in the needs of our residents, particularly substance misuse and can support the team in delivering excellence. You will be driven with passion for what we do, and be able to work flexibly to meet service needs, providing new ideas and opportunities to develop the service further to continue to achieve excellence!

• Understanding and/or practical knowledge of the social and societal marginalisation that can be attached to people with substance abuse issues, addiction, exploitation, homelessness and within the criminal justice system
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience of working with confidently and ability to provide advice, lead a team on all aspects of the service such as resident related enquiries which can include housing, substance abuse support, signposting
• Ability to motivate and empower a team to achieve service KPI's through direct leadership
• Willingness and ability to work flexibly to meet service needs
• IT Proficiency, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to navigate and learn new case management systems and other types of organisational software

We are looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to build an ambitious portfolio of funders by securing predominantly six to seven figure multi-year funding for an incredible social welfare charity.

This can be a home based role or can offer London hybrid working. They also offer a 9-day fortnight option (full time hours compressed across 9 days across a fortnight.

The Role
Working closely with the Head of High Value Relationships and line managing an excellent Senior Officer who manages a strong pipeline of lower level trust donors to secure the team target of £700k

Build an ambitious portfolio of funders by securing predominantly six to seven figure multi-year funding from trusts and foundations.

Oversee and personally undertake detailed prospect research, ensuring pipelines continue to build with new funders.

Ensure existing funders are stewarded, retained, and grown through first class cultivation plans and excellent account management.

The Candidate
Demonstrable experience of successfully securing a programme of six figure+ gifts from trusts & foundations.

Demonstrable experience of personally writing compelling proposals that have led to significant gifts.

Experience of personally managing productive relationships with existing major funders (at the six figure+ level).

Ideally previous line management experience.
