TPP are recruiting a Compliance Standards Lead on behalf of our client, a highly respected awarding organisation dedicated to ensuring the safe and fair awarding of qualifications.
The Role:
As a Compliance Standards Lead, you will play an essential role in defining and establishing standards for assessment associates and centres. You will also collaborate with industry experts to create clear, comprehensive standards that reflect best practices and meet industry requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of training and development plans for centres and associates.
- Provide accurate advice and support to ensure compliance with standards.
- Oversee compliance policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitor associate performance and implement performance management processes.
- Contribute to qualification development and approval processes.
Requirements:
- Experience of assessment or qualification development and review.
- Knowledge of awarding body and regulatory structures.
- Experience of external quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- High levels of personal organisation, diligence, and integrity.
Additional Information:
- This role requires travel between offices and nationally, so a driving licence is essential.

Job Title: Supporter Acquisition Manager
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
Home-based position offering flexibility and hybrid/remote working options

As a Supporter Acquisition Manager, you will:
- Develop and deliver annual plans and budgets for recruiting new donors through diverse channels.
- Lead an effective direct marketing donor acquisition programme, ensuring maximum income within budget constraints.
- Shape and implement mass marketing plans for cash, regular giving, and lottery programmes.
- Drive growth through direct mail, telemarketing, digital, face-to-face, and other effective techniques.
- Work with the Head of Growth and Acquisition to strategise and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Provide motivational leadership to the Supporter Acquisition Officer, driving both objective achievement and professional development.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to base decisions on the best available insight and analysis.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and use data-driven insights for decision-making and improvement.
