The Role:

As the Director, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the charity’s model for those in suicidal crisis ensuring its success and sustainability. In this demanding yet deeply rewarding position, you will be working closely and collaboratively with your fellow Co-Director, sharing 24/7 responsibilities, and report jointly to the Trustees.

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of the charity’s services and model, being accountable to the Chair of Trustees
• Rebuild and sustain client's culture, ethos and values. - integral to the model
• Manage and supervise and be a hands-on member of a dedicated operational team, together responsible for service delivery 27/7
• Lead/oversee the training, selection, supervision and development of volunteers

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Maintaining and developing finance & procurement software systems.
• Configuring and setting up ERP systems.
• Managing user access and financial controls.
• Collaborating within the finance team to improve processes and improve systems.
• Monitoring system performance and ensuring data integrity.
• Designing reports and dashboards for decision-making.
• Providing end-user training on finance systems.
• Assisting with monthly reconciliations, resolution of control accounts, budgeting and forecasting and providing audit support
