Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm, term-time

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage the nursery team day-to-day.
  • Ensure safeguarding policies are implemented and understood by all staff.
  • Deliver a high-quality curriculum within the EYFS framework.
  • Build strong relationships with families and external agencies.
  • Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and Ofsted nominated person.
  • Promote the nursery and community centre through marketing and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • Relevant childcare qualification (minimum Level 3) and at least 2 years' leadership experience in an Early Years setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
