About the role

The Research and Programmes Coordinator role involves:

• Overseeing administrative tasks for all research projects
• Supporting the Programme Development Team Lead in management of all research projects
• Liaising with the Support Coach team to connect with facilitators/parents for data collection e.g. supporting with the running of focus groups
• Using Kids Matter’s CRM to confidently record communication with consultants and Research Assistants
• Supporting the data gathering process for all our evaluation data including maintaining data integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning parent data ready for the Research Assistants to analyse

Child’s i Foundation is a small but mighty social impact organisation that started in Uganda and now has a growing global footprint. The Business Development Lead will play a critical role in driving the financial sustainability of Child’s i Foundation. The EMHIP (Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme) Mobile Hub Support Worker has been co-designed with individuals with lived experience of mental health care to provide direct, person-centred support to individuals in their local communities.

The Croydon BME Forum and Asian Resource Centre Croydon, in partnership with South West London Integrated Care System (SWL ICS) and South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM) are working together to address the ethnic inequalities in health and social care through the Ethnicity and Mental Health Improvement Programme (EMHIP). One of the key interventions of EMHIP is the implementation of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub. This is a mobile, all age, whole family hub service, delivered within both faiths based and community-based organisations.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Mobile Hub team will be a dedicated team of experienced, culturally aware support workers and clinical staff embedded in the community to provide services to all local residents, but with a specific focus on BAME communities. This team will be based in different locations across the borough, working within BAME communities, alongside faith groups and existing wellbeing hubs in Croydon.

Job Summary

The Mobile Hub Team Support Worker is a skilled, knowledgeable, and empathetic person, who enjoys working with people, taking a person-centred approach. They must be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in an active setting, with people and professionals across the health and social care system. They will be practical, resilient, well organised and have excellent communication skills. 

As a Hub Support Worker, you will be responsible for working with the team, providing advice and practical help for local residents in need of mental health support or general well being/social support. You will work as part of a wider hub team, rotating between different community locations, providing one-to-one support, and making referrals to the team psychologist and secondary care services, as well as helping people to access other agencies and services, such as benefits, housing, debt services. You will work with the mobile hub team to offer wellbeing activities, including workshops as well working with primary care and collaborating with community services.

Main responsibilities

• Working closely with CBME Forum Mobile Hub Team Manager
• Support new referrals and offer a person-centred, wellbeing assessment that identifies their wellbeing difficulties and develops a plan to support positive mental and general wellbeing. 
• Ensure that staff resources are coordinated to provide cover being aware of the team’s work/life balance.
• Deliver one-to-one support to hub users and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the Hub Team Manager.
• Provide advice and information relating to Welfare Benefits, including Universal Credit and work with service users to assist them with claims, online assessments, including Work Capability Assessments, applications, form-filling and contacting agencies such as the Department of Work and Pensions and London Borough of Croydon Welfare Rights and Housing teams. 
• Provide basic housing advice.
• Provide general money and debt management advice. 
• Provide information on employment opportunities and training support for clients.

The Events Coordinator Role will be part of the Philanthropy & Events Team, within the Income and Engagement Directorate, and will report to our Philanthropy Events Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Visitor Experience Manager (VEM) to play a vital role in leading and shaping the visitor journey at Waddesdon Manor, working Wednesday-Sunday. The successful candidate will  be an  integral part of the Visitor Experience Management Team at Waddesdon Manor ensuring that every visitor enjoys an outstanding experience that is welcoming, inclusive, and memorable.

• Line manage the AVEM, providing operational guidance and supporting their professional development.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Visitor Experience to manage staffing and operational budgets, contributing to financial planning.

• Deputise for the HVE and provide operational duty management in the AVEM’s absence.

• Train as a “White Hat” for Waddesdon’s Disaster Response Team and take a leadership role in major incidents if required

The grants operations and data manager is a newly created role, within Moorfields Eye Charity's grants and research team, to support, manage and develop grant funding operations. This is a really exciting time to join the team as this position will play a key role in the ongoing optimisation of the teams grants management system (Flexigrant, implemented 2024) and also the underpinning funding operations to support the delivery of our first grants strategy, due to be launched in early 2026.

We have ambitious plans. We have put into action a five-year business plan that is supporting our growth from raising and funding around £6 million annually to becoming a £10 million a year charity.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership & Delivery

• Lead the design and strategic direction of our Digital Skills programme, Ensure the service we are providing is high-quality, impactful, trauma-informed and aligned with Screen Share’s 2026–2030 strategy.

• Oversee the onboarding and support of hundreds of refugees looking to develop digitally, including supporting with the development of their Independent Learning Plan’s and journeys through Digital Champions 

• Recruite, coordinate and support our digital champions and staff to provide high-quality online and in-person classes, 1:1 support and effective sign-posting

• Maintain oversight of multiple Screen Share digital skills projects delivered over multiple locations. 

• Trial innovative digital inclusion tools and approaches.

Monitoring, Evaluation & Impact

• Design and oversee comprehensive impact measurement and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure the programme is most effective 

• Produce clear, data-centered programme and impact reports (quantitative and qualitative) for existing and prospective funders and partners
