Working Well Trust is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health support needs, learning disabilities and/or complex issues through training and employment. This role will be working across two teams who work with clients who have mental health support needs, wanting to gain paid employment.
We are recruiting an Administrator for a new primary care Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment service in the London Borough of Enfield.
The Administrator will play a key role in the teams, supporting the team of employment workers as well as working alongside the Team Leads to ensure that records are kept up to date and data is easily accessible for reporting.
Experience of working in an employment team is not essential but you must be highly organised, have a problem-solving attitude and be willing to work with the other teams’ Administrators to develop joint systems and processes.
Good organisation skills are essential for this role, in addition to at least intermediate level knowledge and skills of office software including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Bi. The successful candidate will need be able to communicate with a wide range of people.

Job Purpose
The weekend Home & Settle Project Officer is responsible for responding to referrals received over the weekend from both Royal London Hospital & Homerton Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. You will work with the manager on Friday to deliver services and plan visits on the weekend for you to attend.  
The service supports people returning after a stay in hospital, helping them to settle back at home, regain confidence and support with some practical tasks, e.g. shopping/cleaning.  You will manage referrals, carry out assessments, and in liaison with the manager, allocate service users to Discharge and Settle Worker caseloads. You will provide direct frontline support and co-ordinate visits to the service users’ home in preparation for their return home. You will work collaboratively to lead and manage the weekend service to support the smooth transition from hospital to home for service users.  The service is time limited, up to 4 or 6 weeks, to adjust, build confidence, and settle back in their homes. 
Key Tasks

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and leading a five-strong team, the Head of Fundraising will shape and deliver the long-term fundraising strategy, strengthen the organisation's positioning as a trusted, high-impact partner, and drive sustainable, multi-year income growth that enables transformational change.
As Head of Fundraising, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of a high-level fundraising strategy, securing multi-year six-figure+ partnerships across corporates, trusts, foundations, major donors and HNWIs
 - Manage, develop and inspire a team of 5 direct reports (responsibility for 7), fostering a proactive, collaborative and high-performing culture
 - Engage senior stakeholders including the CEO, Chair, Trustees and senior partners to unlock networks and open opportunities
 - Represent the organisation at senior-level networking events, conferences and sector forums, influencing decision-makers and strengthening brand positioning
 
Essential skills and experience:
- A strategic, senior-level fundraiser with a proven track record delivering six-figure, multi-year partnerships from corporates. Experience across trusts, foundations, and/or major donors highly desirable
 - A proactive new business mindset, with eagerness to meet with donors and attend events
 - Strategic leadership experience, with proven ability to motivate and develop fundraising teams
 - An experienced relationship-builder who has used confidence and gravitas to engage CEOs, trustees, C-suite leaders and high-net-worth individuals — and successfuly make compelling asks

You'll create guides and resources that make the complex simple. You’ll run sessions that build skills and confidence, and work alongside the Systems Accountant to make our finance systems better, more integrated, and more effective. You'll collaborate with Unit4 specialists, our in-house IT colleagues, and Finance team members across the Society, managing your own priorities autonomously while being proactive in driving things forward.
About you:
You have a solid foundation in ERP environments and you're eager to develop your career. You're someone who thrives on solving problems, explaining complex matters clearly, and helping people feel confident using technology.
