Job description

Ambitious about Autism has a great opportunity for a Head of Corporate Development and Events to join the Fundraising team.

This is a team that has grown from strength to strength, with last year being our most successful ever. We now have some major strategic partnerships in place, with scope to grow even more.

We have an award-winning employability program attracting great interest from potential corporate partners. We are looking for someone who will lead a team to secure and oversee new corporate partnerships. This person will also oversee a mix of online and in-person events, and the right candidate will have the commercial drive to build upon these products to reach new audiences and increase income.

You will be leading and working alongside a team of talented, hard-working fundraisers and employability specialists, driven by a shared passion to help more autistic young people to be themselves.

In this role you will:

  • Lead, develop and implement the fundraising strategy to grow and sustain income from corporate partnerships, mass participation and events.
  • Work with the Employ Autism programme to build strategic corporate partnerships.
  • Widen our supporter audience of individuals giving through mass participation, events, challenges and regular donations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in developing our partnerships and making them a success.  In return, you will have access to continued professional development (CPD), excellent benefits including support for wellbeing, generous holiday allowance and a friendly and supportive team

Please find our recruitment pack below. If you have any questions around the role or would like to have a confidential chat, please contact Stephen Vickers.
