Head of Individual Giving

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Head of Individual Giving to lead and grow our individual giving programme.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you’ll shape and deliver our individual giving strategy, overseeing the recruitment, retention and development of individual supporters. You’ll lead on our major appeals, including an annual national campaign to Catholic parishes across the UK.

As a Care Navigator/ Peer Support Worker, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) led by Whittington Health, to provide assessments, with a particular focus on diabetes. Your role will involve supporting people to adopt healthier lifestyles, enabling them to better manage their long-term conditions and mitigate the impact of these.

A key aspect of this role is directing patients to appropriate services including activities that may help to promote their health, wellbeing and independence across the voluntary and community sector.

As a Floating Support Worker in our Young Persons Service in Greenwich, you’ll empower young people take charge of their lives and create lasting change. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools.
