Salary: Band B, £24k to £30k, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and maximise opportunities to raise funds from companies, trusts, foundations, and other funding bodies.

· Manage a portfolio of existing and prospective partners from across companies, trusts and foundations.

·  Research and maintain an on-going, sustainable pipeline of prospects including new trusts and foundations, companies and industry sectors.

· Plan, prepare and write compelling applications for funding.

· Build effective relationships with funders in order to secure long-term funding and support. Achieve income targets that support the delivery and fundraising goals.

· Keep accurate, relevant, timely records on our CRM and maintain regular communication with relevant teams including operations, finance, marketing and fundraising teams.

· Create inspiring reports and updates for funders that bring to life the impact of their support and demonstrate first class stewardship.

· Where appropriate, attend events to meet funders and/or promote EDT.

· Work closely with relevant teams to embed monitoring and evaluation throughout the funding process. Report on progress, results and income in a timely manner.

· Work with the Fundraising Manager with analysing trends to support the fundraising strategy.

Competencies and Attributes:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience of planning, preparing and writing high quality bids, funding applications and reports.

-Managing and growing a portfolio of major donor and high value supporters. Specifically focusing on encouraging and making the ask for long-term, multi-year 5-6 figure gifts.

-Driving major donor new business activity to build a sustainable pipeline using internal data analysis tools alongside network mapping exercises.

-Working collaboratively across the team to provide tailored stewardship journeys and experiences which build meaningful relationships with our closest supporters and demonstrate the impact of their support on our mission.

We are looking for a highly experienced nature conservation professional with a broad range of experience of managing dynamic nature reserves, detailed knowledge of land management and associated funding and legislative frameworks. You will have a passion for wildlife, and strong technical knowledge in habitat creation and restoration techniques. You will be highly organised, able to create clear work plans, and help lead and manage and inspire your team in managing these special places.

You will be a strong communicator able to work with a range of partners and stakeholders, to be able to build a strong community partnership to take these Reserves forward as part of our nature recovery strategy. This important role will represent FareShare Sussex & Surrey engaging with corporate partners and key stakeholders such as council leaders, politicians and dignitaries across the region. 

Using your experience in engagement and relationship management you will work to consolidate existing partnerships and seek new opportunities across Sussex & Surrey, working to build strong relationships locally and encourage partnership, donations, sponsorships and corporate volunteering. The development team has an ambitious target of £1 million to raise, through various streams including corporate partnerships, individual giving, trust applications and other fundraising activities each year. The role will manage the corporate income stream and requires collaboration with all income generation to ensure effective management and stewardship of all partners.

You will develop an exciting donor journey which engages and encourages support from businesses and key stakeholders. Working with high-value supporters to maintain a good relationship with the organisation and fostering new partnerships. 

You will also work alongside our food Supply Manager to help provide a holistic partnership with our suppliers, encouraging them to support our work across the ESG / CSR spectrum.

Duties and responsibilities  

Business Development and Relationship Management 

• Act as main point of contact for existing corporate partners and stakeholders

GMYN is looking for a new Grants & Trusts Fundraiser to join our team, and support our exciting youth charity to apply to a range of trusts/grant giving bodies to generate income.

The role:

As an integral part of the Fundraising and Development team, you will work closely with the rest of our team to secure financial income enabling GMYN to meet its income generation targets. Personal Specification:

You don't have to have worked in the voluntary youth sector previously. Our aim is to find a suitable candidate that can meet the selection criteria below. This can be from a past/current income generation/bid writer role, or a role with transferable skills.

More importantly we are looking for someone with genuine passion for working for a youth charity. Someone who can join our fundraising team and make a big impression, helping us to achieve our income generation goals.

We want to hire an enthusiastic person who can maintain positive working relationships with various supporters, delivery partners and all stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience of bid writing or other similar income generation work with demonstrable transferable skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to present confidently.
• Ability to self-manage, work independently to targets but also join up your work with the rest of the fundraising team.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams with a “can do” attitude in order to produce positive results.
• Experience and/or understanding of producing impact reports and reporting to various audiences, ideally funders.
• Motivation to work towards the charitable purpose of the organisation.
• Ability to effectively steward existing funder relationships to generate continuation funding.
• Competent in Microsoft office.

By partnering with local organisations, involving people with lived experience directly in our work, and looking for better ways to fund, Barnwood makes a difference in Gloucestershire.

As part of this work, our Insights Team generates actionable insights to inform and deliver the Trust’s programmes of work, and the Research and Policy Assistant is integral to this.

 We are looking for a Research and Policy Assistant to contribute to and support the Trust’s research, evaluation and policy monitoring activity. This includes collecting and communicating research and policy evidence and information, to inform the development of the Trust’s current and potential programmes of work.

An understanding of different types of research methods and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Knowledge of the barriers experienced by disabled people and those living with mental health conditions as well as an understanding of local and national policy context are welcomed.

What’s the job?

We need someone with high quality research and data analysis skills to join us as our Research and Evidence Manager. You will work with us to plan, design and deliver projects with cross-sector stakeholders, as well as developing reports and other ways to share our findings with members and the wider sector. We need someone who has solid research skills, is a natural collaborator, and can collate and present research in different ways to help us achieve the change that’s needed for Londoners.

This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver on our ambition to drive a learning culture, where shared data, intelligence and insight leads to better decision-making. This role is initially fixed term for one year, and may be subject to renewal. It reflects our growing commitment to ensuring our work is relevant and responsive to the diverse needs of our members and communities. As this is a newly developed post, we are also looking for someone who can work flexibly and bring ideas to help shape the role, so that it has a lasting impact on the way London Funders works.

So, what sort of work will you be doing? We’ve just committed to a really exciting and crucial piece of research taking place over the next year, where we will work with funders and equity partners to map the current state of funding for equity and justice infrastructure. This will initially focus on London, before we take the approach to cover England and Wales. The work will be used to inform discussions with funders on the strategic development of funding approaches in this critical space. You’ll be leading on the research and developing the workplan in a collaborative approach with our partners.

Alongside this project, your work will explore other aspects of the funding landscape in London and gather insights from across our membership. You’ll work on reports to support our range of thematic networks, and generate new evidence to help inform the work of funders and our partners across sectors. We’re looking for someone who thrives working as part of a small team, as well as working independently, who will suggest solutions to challenges and use their initiative. Someone who wants to help build a better London by taking action on what matters to our city and our communities.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has experience of running multiple research projects at once with strong project management skills, and direct experience designing and leading both qualitative and quantitative projects. You’ll also need to be able to work with different stakeholders to both co-design research approaches as well as facilitate their engagement in helping us learn from and make sense of the findings.  As such you will need a track record of building relationships in a range of contexts and producing and communicating research outputs in a range of different and accessible formats, including presenting to external audiences.

Whilst we are a small team, we share an office with our friends at Trust for London. There is flexibility about the hours for this role, so it would be available on a part-time or full-time basis (with a minimum of 24 hours per week, or 0.75 FTE). The skills, experience, insights and inspiration you will bring to the role are more important to us, so we'll do what we can to accommodate your preferred working pattern.

The salary is £36,400 per year (or pro rata if you choose part-time) and is a fixed term contract for one year, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Reporting directly to the Head of Programmes & Funding, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and submitting trust proposals aligned with our organisational strategy and values. We are looking for a great motivator with excellent communication and organisational skills. Applicants should have relevant team or project management experience in social care, health, education or the voluntary and community sector. You will have experience of working with vulnerable adults and/or children and operational knowledge of multi-agency working. A practical understanding of barriers faced by unpaid carers, and an awareness of cultural differences will be key in this role.

You will navigate the world of trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies to identify funding opportunities aligned with our objectives and submit high quality applications for support.

Your responsibilities include maintaining a well-organised grant pipeline, tailoring applications to funder criteria, and collaborating with colleagues across The Haven to ensure projects are delivered and measured. Building and nurturing relationships is essential. Your contributions will inform our grants strategy, ensure ethical practices, and contribute to our mission's success.

The role is full-time or part-time (30 hours), and can be remote, hybrid, or office based in Wolverhampton, depending on your preference.

 Main Responsibilities

• Grant Research, Application and Management:
