Manage, develop and evaluate an engaging programme of events fundraising, and support the Community Fundraising Officer when delivering local events to raise a target income of £90k . Support groups and individuals organising fundraising events and activities on behalf of hyh. To support the development and delivery of the Communications Plan.

What will you be doing?
Contribute to hyh’s overall Fundraising strategy as a member of the Fundraising Team
- Identify, develop and support existing and new community and events fundraising activities to increase and generate significant net income and supporter engagement
- Provide excellent donor care for all fundraising activities, to develop productive and lasting relationships with the community and convert them into loyal supporters
- Assist the Head of Fundraising & Communications in the development and delivery of hyh’s Events and Communications Plans
- Update donor CRM databases and website

We’re looking for a Gift Processing Administrator, to play a key role in the smooth processing of all donations received at our London office.
What does this role do?
As Gift Processing Administrator, you’ll:
- process all incoming donations, from uploading data to the supporter database and sending thank you letters, to assisting charity shops with the administration of Gift Aid,
- work closely with Gift Processing Officers on more complex work, such as problem payments or refunds,
- accurately capture supporter consent preferences, ensuring data is entered correctly and in line with regulatory requirements,
- support the Supporter Stewardship team with emails during busy periods.
This role is being offered as a fixed term, family cover contract until December 2026. Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Friday 21st November 2025, and will take place on Teams.
Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some administrative experience, with excellent IT skills and the ability to prioritise your workload and follow procedures effectively. Strong attention to detail is essential for this role, as accuracy and data integrity is critical. While not essential, previous experience of working with a CRM database (such as Salesforce) would be helpful.

We’re looking for a Property Assistant to provide excellent administrative support to our Property team, who support our busy Rehoming centres with all things property, from reactive repairs to major refurbishments.
What does this role do?
As Property Assistant, you’ll:
- be the first point of contact for the team, supporting our Rehoming centre teams with queries related to their sites and repairs, escalating where appropriate to other colleagues in the team,
- deliver high quality administrative support to the team, from raising purchase orders and arranging travel, to administering our repairs ordering system, Infraspeak,
- support with administration around contractors, such as issuing contracts and drafting meeting minutes,
- support with the planning of regular meetings and site visits.
This is a part time role for 17.5 hours per week, across 2.5 days. The current working pattern for the role includes Mondays, with flexibility across the other days.

Job Title: Recovery Worker

Marron House has 18 bed spaces and we provide personalised support around daily living skills such as budgeting, shopping, cooking, reminders to take medication and developing a structured weekly routine.

About the role
We are looking for an IT and Data Officer to join our central team, working in collaboration with our services which are our Independent Approved Premises (IAP). You will maintain and support our data systems and IT infrastructure across our services, responsible for managing CRM systems and supporting with first line IT queries which could include ticketing requests, troubleshooting, technical issues, and liaising with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and timely data reporting.
You will work across multiple projects to ensure performance metrics are accurately tracked and communicated, proactively identifying and addressing any data or system related issues. You will support with continuous improvement for the service and wider organisation.
About you
We're looking for someone who is passionate about IT and data, able to utilise this within a practical working environment. You will be confident in using various tools and software with transferrable skills. We're looking for someone who understands SIG and what we do as an organisation, with a judgement free mindset, and comfortable working within any of our services, able to build good professional relationships with our staff internally, our residents, and external partners. We look for:
- Skills in data input, extraction, and reporting
- Skills in online platforms and systems, ideally Power BI, Trello, Inform, and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity in externally used systems by Ministry of Justice is highly desirable
- Ability to translate and present technical knowledge and information to non-technical teams
- Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels in reference to use of systems and develop training videos/materials

The successful candidate willdeliver a high-quality service to young people aged 16–17 and their families across Hertfordshire, working alongside the Family Link Work and Mediation services to prevent family breakdown and reduce repeat homelessness. Lead the hyh Hub, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective delivery of services. The Hub acts as a gateway for young people aged 16–17 to access hyh’s prevention services. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and commissioners, while supporting the recruitment, training, and professional development of Advice & Information and Admin Workers. Clinical Services Coordinator (Mental Health Talking Therapies) - Maternity Cover Contract
Evolve Counselling is looking for an efficient, qualified and experienced mental health counselling manager, to take charge of our service while the postholder takes maternity leave in January 2026. Evolve provides a wide range of therapies to people experiencing mental health difficulties. We work with private individuals and organisational/ corporate clients (via employee wellbeing programmes) mainly through remote video calls but with a good deal of face-to-face work. We have over 45 BACP registered counsellors on our team and our mission is to deliver the lowest cost counselling to those who need it most. As a charity, our surpluses are reinvested to deliver this mission.
Our ideal candidate for this temporary cover is a BACP registered member counsellor, with strong managerial and administrative skills and experience, confident at handling the working needs of a large remote team and delivering a detailed and personal service to our larger contract clients as well as private individuals. You’ll be working alongside an ambitious management team, aiming to perfect and grow our services. Good record keeping, communications skills and familiarity with confidential client record management systems are a must.
The key aspects of the CSC job are to:

Be the first port of call for all clinical queries.

Arrange the efficient use of our CRM system that supports the clinical service.

Take overall responsibility for incoming referrals and allocations as well as ongoing management of clients and maintenance of any waiting lists to agreed parameters.

Monitor the balance between counsellor capacity and client demand.

Provide practical support and signposting to the counselling members, enabling their work.

You will also ensure that donations from supporters are entered accurately on the database and create reports for the Finance team. You will be required to develop good relationships with all teams and have the passion and desire to help out where necessary with additional tasks.
