About the Role
The National Youth Agency (NYA) is looking to recruit a group of enthusiastic Youth Consultants. In this role you will be integral in shaping the services and strategies that cater to young people and your responsibilities will span various critical areas.
Initially, you will engage in and facilitate training sessions, imparting essential youth participation training to various stakeholders.
Communication is key; you will regularly liaise with both internal staff and external organisations to promote collaboration and ensure all activities align with our youth-centered mission.

As a Youth Consultant you will:
- Participate in training and delivering youth participation training.
- Liaise and communicate with internal staff and external organisations.
- Attend bi-weekly meetings in the evenings.
- Review internal processes, documents, systems and structures.
- Support the development and delivery of our youth participation strategy.
- Host workshops and events for the NYA as and when needed.
- Support the governance structure of the NYA.
- Advocate the work of the NYA and develop relationships with organisations.
- Support the implementation and delivery of youth participation.
- Generate new ideas and implement creative outlooks for the NYA for meaningful outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and lead the implementation of 'Your Voice Matters.' This position is primarily home-based, with regular travel across Greater London as required. About this role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic fundraising professional, with a proven track record of income generation and a strong ability to develop impactful relationships with the skills to bring aligned individuals and organisations into our long-term EduSpots community. In this one-year, 30 hour/week contract role (with potential option for renewal) you will be responsible for working with affiliates to understand their fundraising needs and challenges, and to provide them strategic guidance and support as they put in place necessary structures and processes that will aid their fundraising efforts. This role will focus on building the capacity of affiliates to raise funds from a variety of new-to-the-movement donors, including government, multinational and multilateral funding opportunities, and local high networth individuals, as well as advising on systems and structures (e.g. Board composition) for strategic fundraising.
With affiliates located around the globe, the person in this role will need to be skilled in relationship management and cross-cultural communication. This role involves close collaboration with affiliate fundraisers and leadership. You will report to the Major Gifts Stewardship Manager (Fundraising) and work closely with the Vice President of Community Growth. This is a one-year contract and remote role that offers flexible scheduling with a commitment of 30 hours per week.

- Training: Provide learning opportunities for affiliate staff to build their skills around mid-level and major gift fundraising.
- Coaching and Advising: Advise on developing strategies to maximize fundraising potential and impact, including grant writing, event fundraising, other fundraising methods and donor stewardship.

Skills and Experience
