An exciting opportunity for a fundraiser looking to specialise in Community, Events & Trade at an award winning national UK charity.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) affects three million people in the UK. It is a lifelong condition that can impact anyone regardless of their age, gender, or race. Living with this condition has a huge impact on both physical and mental well-being. For over 45 years, Kidney Care UK has been providing practical, financial and emotional support for kidney patients and their families and campaigning to improve care services across the UK.

It is an exciting time to join Kidney Care UK. Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 6,500 a year. Non-legacy voluntary income has also increased from £185k to nearly £700k in 2021. The charity is set to build on this success and aims to raise more than £2.3m of non-legacy voluntary income in 2025.

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic fundraiser to increase our community,events and trade income. You will be approachable and engaging. You will have proven experience of meeting and exceeding targets, delivering fundraising products and leading on supporter engagement activities. The role offers huge potential for personal and career development.

Further details about the role and person spec is included in the attached JD. The position is advertised as full time and office based in Alton, Hampshire. However for a suitable candidate, there is flexiblity for hybrid working and part time hours. We will be reviewing CVs, shortlisting and inviting candidates to interview from 10th January 2022.
