Overview:
The role of is a senior position within the Young Lewisham Project. The role is responsible for the workshop staff, young people and project management of the referral groups and activities. Managing staff, maintaining participant’s records and ensuring all administration required for OCN and other qualifications are kept up to date and in order.
Accountability
The post is accountable to the Managing Director.

The purpose of this post is to provide leadership and management of the Young Lewisham Project workshops to achieve the operational goals of the project.

Oversee and improve attendance
Principal Duties
To oversee the delivery of Young Lewisham Project programmes and activities.
To provide supervision and support to workshop project staff and volunteers to ensure co-ordination and effective team work within Young Lewisham and individual projects/groups.
To actively promote the services of the project through appropriate channels and on appropriate platforms.
To co-ordinate and facilitate good relationships with partners and attend multi agency meetings where necessary.
To have some oversight of IT system Monday and the collection and analysis of performance data, producing management information and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
To act as one of 3 designated safeguarding leads and attend all training to ensure current compliance.
Support young people with SEN
Support tutors to work with young people with challenging behaviour
Specific Duties Management
To plan and facilitate team meetings, multi-agency meetings, consultation and co-operative working with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
To manage the risk and safety of young people, service users and be responsible for their care whilst they engage with Young Lewisham Project along with other management team.

Responsible for workshop and tutor spending according to specific project budget and Young Lewisham finance policy and any funding agreements in place.
To work in a multi-agency setting e.g. schools, Youth Services, specialist projects/agencies to maximise development and learning opportunities for young people.
To work in a multi-disciplinary way by: building and maintaining relationships with partners, sharing information in line with the Data Protection Act and Young Lewisham policies; attending relevant meetings as necessary
Monitoring and Reporting
Responsible for maintaining and developing systems of monitoring that can capture and analyse performance data to track progress of individual projects against outputs and outcomes
Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports for the Management Committee and external funders.
General
In carrying out the above role, the post holder will:

About the Service
Our Nightlight Service is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.
We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect.
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:

About the Role
Mental Healthcare Support Workers are key members of staff delivering the Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Service, taking part in a rota covering 7 days per week, ensuring the delivery of quality crisis support services and instilling Hertfordshire Mind Network’s values throughout the crisis cafe and helpline provision. Working closely with other staff (bank staff, volunteers), coordinators, team leaders and Crisis manager to ensure services are of the highest quality and support the continued growth and development of the service.

LSESU is looking for a proactive and driven Facility Supervisor to support the daily operation of our sports facilities, with focus on our gym spaces. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spaces, from health and safety compliance to customer service excellence. The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.
EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.
Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.
EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.
As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.

We are seeking an exceptional Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the strategic delivery of Care4Calais’ operational (direct aid provision) work across all regions. As Centre Operations Manager, you work closely with the Executive Director to support Jamyang’s mission of fostering a caring, warmhearted community. Experience of creating resources which are engaging for young people and simple to deliver for teachers.

Experience of youth facilitation and/or delivering training.

Experience in presenting and delivering content, preferably within an educational setting, such as leading assemblies.

Experience of working with CRM systems particularly Salesforce.

Strong understanding of the education sector and experience of working with schools and teachers.

Experience in drafting compelling copy and uploading content to digital platforms.

Understanding of youth social action and extracurricular programmes.

Interest in campaigning, social justice, food, and child health.
