 The Role 

 We are seeking a proactive, confident and relationship-driven Volunteer Partnerships & Growth Manager to identify, approach and onboard potential affiliate partners, collaborators, businesses, agents, talent managers and professional networks that can help expand the reach of Influential Stars. 

 This is a telephone-led outreach and appointment-setting role, supported by email and online communication. You will make initial contact, explain how organisations can get involved, establish whether there is genuine interest and arrange introductory appointments with the appropriate Influential Stars team member. This is a relationship-led role rather than hard selling.

 Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, proactive and socially confident individual to help Influential Stars maintain a warm, visible and engaging presence across its social media platforms. As our Volunteer Social Media Engagement Assistant, you will interact as Influential Stars with Creators, Collaborators, registered causes and supporters.

You will respond to comments, acknowledge tags and shares, engage with relevant content and help ensure questions and opportunities reach the appropriate team member. This is primarily a social media engagement role.

Routine content creation, planning and scheduling are not core responsibilities; however, experience in these areas would be advantageous, as there may occasionally be opportunities to provide support or cover by mutual agreement. Your main purpose will be to help people feel noticed, valued and connected to the Influential Stars community.

Key Responsibilities

● A £25 referral reward when a Collaborator you introduce goes on to refer a Creator who successfully completes their first qualifying campaign. ● A 5% Collaborator Thank You from Influential Stars’ platform share when a Creator you personally introduce successfully completes their first qualifying entry-based campaign.

These payments are provided by Influential Stars and never reduce the guaranteed amount donated to the charity or personal cause. 

We’re looking for three Support Group Volunteer over the age of 18 years old, based in Scotland.

You’ll be volunteering fortnightly Thursday between 10:30am and 11:30am plus additional time for volunteer team meetings and training.

As a support group volunteer, you will help with the running of the group. The role is designed to suit the needs of the group, and the skills of people offering support. If you enjoy getting to know your community, working with others and making a real difference then this is the role for you.

The volunteer will be

As a Wear Yellow Day Champion, you'll help spread the word about the campaign through your own networks. Whether that's encouraging colleagues, inspiring friends and family, promoting Wear Yellow Day within a school or community group, or sharing campaign messages online, you'll play an important role in helping make the campaign a success.

By joining us early, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape ideas, build awareness and generate momentum ahead of Wear Yellow Day 2027.

At Cats Protection we help thousands of cats and kittens each year thanks to our dedicated and passionate volunteer groups. We have branches across the UK, all of which help our cats in different ways. Branches take in stray and abandoned cats and ensure they receive the veterinary care and attention they deserve; help raise funds, promote neutering and help spread cat welfare messages. Our branch team leader volunteers lead their local team by supporting and managing volunteers within their group, maintaining communications with both volunteers and employees, and helping promote a positive and professional image of Cats Protection.

Help Transform Lives Through Safe Water, Sanitation and Hygiene in Uganda

Equal Aqua is an award-winning NGO working to tackle inequalities in water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) across Uganda. Through partnerships with local communities, schools and grassroots organisations, we help provide sustainable access to safe water, improved sanitation, hygiene education and environmental protection initiatives.

Our international team of 30+ volunteers spans more than 10 countries, united by a shared commitment to creating lasting change. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead our fundraising efforts and help us expand our impact.

As Fundraising Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in securing the resources that enable Equal Aqua to reach more communities, develop new projects and improve the lives of thousands of people across Uganda.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser who wants to use their skills to make a meaningful global impact while working alongside a dedicated and inspiring team of volunteers.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Leadership

✅ Lead the implementation of Equal Aqua's fundraising strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals, vision and values.

✅ Develop innovative fundraising initiatives to support sustainable organisational growth.

✅ Monitor funding trends and identify new grant and funding opportunities.

Fundraising & Income Generation

✅ Drive income generation through multiple fundraising channels, including:

• Grant and trust applications
• Charitable foundations
• Corporate partnerships and sponsorships
• Individual giving programmes
• Community fundraising
• Creative fundraising campaigns and events

✅ Support the development of annual fundraising targets and budgets.

✅ Monitor fundraising performance and help maximise income opportunities.

Donor & Supporter Engagement

✅ Manage and grow relationships with existing supporters and donors.

✅ Deliver exceptional supporter stewardship and donor care.

✅ Increase donor retention and maximise long-term supporter value.

Team Leadership

✅ Lead and motivate an international team of fundraising volunteers.

✅ Delegate responsibilities effectively and support team development.

✅ Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture.

Governance & Reporting

✅ Report regularly to the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.

✅ Contribute content and updates for grant reports and organisational reporting.

✅ Participate in team, committee and governance meetings as required.

The Volunteer Team Leader / Deputy Team Leader leads the local volunteer team by motivating and supporting members to deliver agreed objectives. The role provides strategic direction, management, and guidance while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and effective team environment. 

What will you be doing?

To lead, motivate and support the local volunteer team in developing, delivering and monitoring a yearly local strategy that aligns with Crimestoppers's vision, mission and organisational priorities. 

What are we looking for?

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and networking skills
• Experience leading teams, meetings or projects
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners
• Ability to support and motivate volunteers from diverse backgrounds
• Understanding of the local geographic area and community needs
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of Crimestoppers's strategies and plans

What difference will you make?

As Volunteer Team Leader / Deputy Team Leader, you will play a key role in empowering people to create safer communities. 

You will lead the local volunteer team, setting direction and ensuring activity aligns with Crimestoppers’ mission that people are the ones who stop crime. 

You will working closely with the Police, Community Safety Partnerships, and local organisations, and help deliver campaigns and events that improve community safety. 

Through regular communication with regional and national staff, you will ensure your volunteers stay informed, connected, and supported.

You also help to recruit, support, and develop volunteers, creating an inclusive and motivated local team. 

Volunteer Team Leader / Deputy Team Leader applicants must live in the local area where you are applying.

This role requires a commitment of around three years to support continuity and effective delivery. Monthly time commitments vary and may include:

• Local or national meetings
• Planning activities
• Partnership engagement
• Ongoing support for volunteers

The purpose of this role is to support the organisation with communications and administration at a local level. You’ll play an active part in the branch committee and support the branch with record keeping and planning, thus enabling more cats to be helped.
