With the programme underway, in the preparation for the first go live, this exciting role has been created within the new Data Applications team to ensure that all the system users are expertly supported.
This role, working within the Data Applications Team will initially contribute to the Launchpad programme by supporting training and UAT activity. Once the programme has been completed, this role will then be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance needs for the new Salesforce Lightning CRM and other related applications as they are launched.

New Horizon Youth Centre has been commissioned by the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC) as part of an Alliance with Safer London, St Giles Trust and the Anna Freud Centre to deliver on their Children and Young People’s Violence and Exploitation and Reduction support service. The commission will run from June 2024 for three years. As part of this, an additional service will be set up within the NHYC Youth Justice team specifically to deliver on the Alliance contract. This will include a team of Housing Caseworkers who will carry out assessments and advocacy work with young people under 25 who are fleeing violence and exploitation, in order to move them on successfully into both emergency and long-term housing options. The role will report directly to the Finance Manager and will provide support in administering all financial controls and processing for the organisation. The successful applicant will come from a financial background and have a strong understanding of financial principles with an accounting qualification. They will have experience in bookkeeping, reconciling accounts as well as dealing with banking, grant applications and expenses. Whilst this role focuses on the financial aspects of SERT, it will also play a key part in supporting with the set up of IT equipment, new financial systems and general IT queries, with help from our external IT supplier.
To be successful, they will need to be able to multitask, have excellent communication skills and the ability to support and advise staff across all teams. They will need to have a positive attitude, be proactive and supportive in assisting the whole team with other administrative tasks as and when required. This role is predominantly working from home, with at least one day per week working in the office in Leatherhead.

The Role
The PR Manager plays a central role, working closely with the Head of Media to manage the public relations function of the charity. You will be responsible for helping to develop and execute prominent and high impact national and regional media campaigns, to help people better understand the mission and take action to support it.
Your main duties and responsibilities include:
· Generate regular, positive, proactive media coverage
· Proactively sell stories into the media as well as react to incoming enquiries
· Work with the Head of Media to develop impactful press strategies in line with the wider PR strategy

New Horizon Youth Centre runs a busy day centre from Monday to Friday, providing basic needs to young people experiencing homelessness and a one-stop-shop for housing advice, youth work activities, counselling, jobs, education and training support. The Services Manager (Day Centre) is a brand new role for the organisation. They will work as part of the existing Youth Work Team to provide vital additional capacity and expertise to respond to the significantly increased demand we have been experiencing.
