Job description

Volunteer Video Editor (Short-Form Content)

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor to support the creation of high-quality short-form content for a growing animal-assisted wellness organisation.

This role focuses on editing engaging videos for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, helping us showcase our therapy animals, events and community impact.

Responsibilities

  • Edit short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Add captions, hooks and engaging text overlays
  • Cut and structure content for high retention
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across content
  • Work with existing footage from events and daily content

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience editing short-form content (portfolio required)
  • Strong understanding of viral content structure and pacing
  • Ability to add captions, effects and engaging hooks
  • Reliable, creative and able to work independently
