About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced UX/UI Digital Product Designer to analyse and optimise our current user journeys. You will be instrumental in creating a more personalized and intuitive experience for both donors and beneficiaries within our mobile application. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key design challenges and directly contribute to the effectiveness and impact of our platform.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualise proposed solutions for a more personalised experience.
  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our mobile application, adhering to best practices and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience (ideally but not essentiall 2+ years) as a UX/UI Designer for digital products primeraly mobile applications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and ability to solve complex user problems.
  • Expertise in user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience designing for accessibility.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for social impact and a desire to contribute to a tech-for-good initiative.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing personalised user experiences.
  • Previous experience working on charity or social impact applications.
