About the Role
We are seeking a volunteer Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide strategic and operational leadership across our national and local operations. Position: Board of Director - Treasurer (Unpaid Volunteer Role)
Reports to: Board Chairperson
Location: Hybrid (remote + in-person events as needed)
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial matters including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with statutory financial regulations and charity law.
Work closely with auditors and the Finance Committee.
Present financial reports at each board meeting.
Support fundraising and resource management strategy.
