About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and highly organised Volunteer Housing & Asset Management Administrator to support our busy Housing and Asset Management teams.

This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience within a housing association or supported housing environment while making a meaningful contribution to services supporting vulnerable residents.

Causeway is a small housing association, originally set up to accommodate young Irish migrants, and now providing housing and support services to people from anywhere in the world, with a wide range of needs – from those who just need an affordable place to live, to those who need a helping hand to achieve their life goals.

Role Overview:

As a Social Hub Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our weekly Social Hub. You'll help manage basic admin tasks, support event and activity planning, and act as a friendly, organised point of contact for both visitors, clients and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome clients to the hub and provide general information about services and activities.

· Maintain up-to-date records of attendance, volunteer rotas, and bookings.

· Help coordinate schedules for activities, workshops, and social events.

· Support communications by helping with newsletters, flyers, and social media posts (optional).

· Assist with keeping the space tidy and organised.

· Apply for Social Hub expenses.

· Manage the Tuesday Social Hub when the Social Hub Coordinator is not present.

The NIAS Creative Campus Events & Digital Administrative Assistant will support the smooth operation, promotion, and growth of the Creative Campus venue.

The role exists to assist with the administration, marketing, and delivery of events and programmes hosted at the venue. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience in venue operations, digital promotion, social media marketing, event coordination, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for an energetic and organised individual who enjoys working in a creative environment and is interested in gaining practical experience in events management, digital communications, and creative venue operations management.

The position will work closely with the Venue Coordinator, supporting day-to-day venue administration, event preparation, online promotion, and community outreach.

1. Venue Administration Support

Support the venue coordinator with the day-to-day administration of the Creative Campus venue.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing incoming enquiries and bookings

2. Event Operations Support

We are seeking several volunteers fior administrative support committed Trustees across this dynamic Trust's activities in creating historical town maps and atlases.  Roles include managing online meetings, contributing to operations including sales, events, marketing, basic book keeping and all other ways of being useful to the growing needs of the Trust.

Our Fundraising Events Team are at the heart of what we do, raising essential funds for the cats. 

Our Fundraising Events Organisers share ideas, tasks and inspiration, planning and delivering local events, with the support of the Fundraising events helpers, such as Open Days (usually 2 per year) at the centre and our annual Christmas Bazaar. 

Time Expectation:  This role can be varied and time commitment can be flexible. 

Without volunteers, Cats Protection Berkshire Cat Centre simply wouldn't exist. Our amazing, friendly volunteers are a diverse group with a shared love of cats who fit volunteering around their home lives and personal commitments.

Friends of Greatwood and Horseclose Communtiy Centre are looking for friendly, community‑minded volunteers who want to play an active part in making events at Greatwood and Horseclose Community Centre welcoming, enjoyable, and well‑run. You don’t need previous event experience just enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in.

This role supports the smooth planning, preparation, and delivery of a variety of in‑person events at the community centre. Event Support Volunteers will help create a warm, accessible, and positive experience for all attendees, while assisting staff and other volunteers with the practical tasks that make events successful.
