About The Stray Cat Charity (TSCC)
The Stray Cat Charity is a newly established UK-registered CIO working to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome stray cats in Greece, starting in Patras. Teach A Man To Fish is an international educational charity with one all-encompassing mission: to empower young people with the skills they need to succeed in school, work and life. We use our school-business model to guide young people and their teachers in the planning and setting up of student-led school businesses that are both educational and profitable. Since 2006, we have supported over 438,000 young people and trained 19,000 teachers through our programmes to set up school businesses which have generated more than $2,000,000 in income! In 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic affecting schools worldwide, we launched a new programme: the Enterprise Adventure, a free mobile app for teenagers who want to learn about business and have a positive impact on their community.
The role:
We are looking for one or two volunteers to support the work of our International Programmes team. The ideal candidate will be available to volunteer for 15 hours per week for at least 3 months (ideally more). If you are based in London, you are welcome to volunteer from our office in Finsbury Park, otherwise you may volunteer from home if you prefer.
You will have the opportunity to get involved with a wide variety of tasks depending on your skills, interests and the time of the year. These include but are not limited to:
Helping to deliver our marketing strategy (e.g. social media content creation, website updates, carrying out research to increase our reach)
Helping to deliver our communications and engagement strategy to programme participants (liaising with and engaging young people and teachers through newsletters, blog posts, social media, videos and WhatsApp)
Supporting with designing educational materials and thinking of business quizzes (knowledge-based and trivia-based)
Supporting with coordinating the review of School Enterprise Challenge, the Enterprise Adventure and the Trash To Cash Challenge submissions and sending feedback and certificates
Contributing to the Monitoring & Evaluation of the programmes through data analysis to inform donor reports and programme improvements
Gathering and analysing feedback from programme participants (for example through surveys and ‘user testing’ sessions on Zoom)

The Role

This role focuses on ensuring new Creators and Collaborators receive a smooth, welcoming and professional experience, that experiences are accurately uploaded and maintained, and that live campaigns receive the support needed to run successfully.
Key Responsibilities
Manage new Creator and Collaborator registrations from initial application through to onboarding and next steps
Review registration information, follow up where anything is missing and ensure records are kept up to date in the CRM
Guide new Creators and Collaborators through the registration and onboarding process, including selecting their cause, campaign and experience where appropriate
Arrange, support and conduct introductory or campaign setup calls where appropriate.
Upload new experiences to the Influential Stars platform, ensuring descriptions, pricing, links, images and key details are accurate
Regularly review live experiences and update or remove listings where pricing, availability or exclusions have changed
Send approved welcome emails, registration communications and onboarding information using existing templates
Arrange and support introductory or campaign setup calls where appropriate
Monitor and support all live campaigns on the platform
Liaise with creators throughout the live campaign period to provide encouragement, guidance, and practical support
Schedule, diarise, and send campaign communications using approved templates
Coordinate with internal team members when campaigns go live
Provide reminders, tips, and prompts to help creators maximise engagement
Respond to creator enquiries and provide assistance as needed

Self-motivated and able to work independently and remotely.
In sympathy with our mission of accessible mental health support.
No counselling or marketing qualification is needed. Experience in admin, communications, community work, fundraising or customer service is welcome but not essential.

The Lyonic Scots Society is looking for a friendly, organised, and community‑minded volunteer to help us grow our membership and ensure every member feels valued and connected as we support the Clan Chief in promoting the Lyonic Scots.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing our membership list and keeping records up to date.
Welcoming new members and helping them get involved.
Supporting membership renewals and answering enquiries.
Working with the committee to grow and engage our community.
Helping ensure members feel informed, included, and appreciated.
What We’re Looking For
Someone organised, approachable, and good with people.
Comfortable handling basic admin and communication tasks.
A friendly communicator who enjoys helping others.
Keen to support the growth of a cultural community.
No need to be Scottish — just bring your enthusiasm and people skills.
