We empower people with PCOS through a personalized digital platform for education, care, and community.
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Ad Campaign Manager to help grow the Cystar app through strategic digital advertising.
As an early-stage FemTech startup, we’re looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns who can help us reach more people living with PMOS (Previously PCOS). You’ll work closely with the Founder to plan, launch, optimise, and measure advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys creating high-performing campaigns, analysing results, and helping a mission-driven startup scale its impact.

Social Media Content Creator
Mountain Rescue England and Wales, Media and Communicatios, is on the lookout for innovative and creative volunteer Social Media Content Creators. These individuals will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The responsibilities will focus on producing engaging visual and written content that resonates with our target audiences.
Communications serve as a vital support function for Mountain Rescue, aiding our operational efforts to help individuals make better-informed choices that enhance their safety and lessen the demand on our teams.
All roles are home based and will require around 2 to 4 hours per week. No prior Mountain Rescue skills are required for these roles and there will be opportunity to visit Mountain Rescue bases to become familiar with what we do. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the safety of those exploring the hills and mountains.

Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Strategy: Work directly on real-life marketing projects. Participate in planning, developing, organizing, and executing end-to-end marketing strategies.
Social Media Management: Manage and grow Quilombo UK’s social media presence across primary platforms. Draft updates, schedule posts, engage with our community, and respond to incoming messages and comments.
Brand Development: Submit innovative ideas for campaigns and programs designed to enhance, promote, and elevate the organization's brand identity.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research using surveys, focus groups, and participant feedback. Analyze data, identify actionable insights, and compile spreadsheets to support strategic decisions for the Directors.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor website and social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and understand user behavior.
Stakeholder & Internal Communication: Interpret briefs from Directors, translate organizational objectives into clear outcomes, and deliver engaging presentations. Contribute your views actively during team meetings.

Social Media Savvy: Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms and online marketing tactics.
