What does the role involve?
Working in ever changing environment Active Response Volunteers respond to demands across a site. The role is very varied and involves:
• Helping staff prepare documents at essential times, including creating and printing
• Helping staff with basic information entry and calls
• Helping set up and maintain meeting rooms
• Helping collect/deliver items between teams and nearby sites
• Surge support during event days at the Head office
• Keeping things organised on the go such as keeping the kitchen area clear, supporting sustainability actions like switching off lights
• Supporting staff with lunch and refreshment runs
• Supporting staff with simple wellbeing initiatives that help break the day via active response initiatives
• Attend a site meeting every 3 months with staff regarding site updates and contribute to ideas for active response volunteering solutions.

• There may also be opportunities to get involved in other areas of the Trust’s work, including our NHS careers
Exclusions:
• Volunteers will not carry out clinical duties (i.e. doing the tasks which the staff have been trained to do.

Role Description
This is a volunteer role for a Financial Director and trustee. The role will ensure that the financial affairs of the Charity are conducted within legal requirements, accounting conventions and good practice and in conjunction with the General Manager to protect and enhance the financial wellbeing of the Charity.

Our Volunteer Advisors give around 1-2 hours a week of their time to the Advice Line. They use their HR knowledge to offer a kind, empathetic support and advice to help people to identify and challenge pregnancy and maternity discrimination in the workplace.

The Professional Development Programme with Quilombo UK and QMC Capoeira School runs over a period of 16 weeks, is UNPAID and requires a minimum of 12 hours commitment per week across Monday, Wednesday and/or Friday.
Upon successful application, our HR team will contact you to arrange an interview. Following a successful interview, we'll initiate the onboarding process by sending you the necessary documents. Once your onboarding and identification documents are received and verified, you'll be invited to a 6-hour HR and System Induction. Subsequently, you'll meet with your Head of Department or Assistant Manager for your First Day.

Position: Volunteer Database Administrator (Salesforce).
Location: Remote, with a minimum of 3-4 hours of overlap with UK working hours.

Purpose of these volunteer roles
We are seeking 2–3 enthusiastic volunteers to help us clear a backlog of membership applications, process new applications, and maintain, manage, and optimise our Salesforce platform. To meet our needs, we are recruiting for two distinct volunteering roles based on level of Salesforce expertise:
Role 1: Data Entry & administration – Perfect for individuals looking to gain hands-on database experience, or those who are passionate about data accuracy and enjoy structured, routine administrative tasks. You will focus on day-to-day data entry, updating member records, and maintaining high data accuracy.
Role 2: Salesforce optimisation & reports (experienced Salesforce specialist) – Designed for individuals with extensive Salesforce expertise. You will focus on building custom reports, creating dashboards, and optimising system workflows to improve efficiency.
Both roles are essential for ensuring our membership data is up-to-date and accurate, GNDR gets the most out of our Salesforce platform, and our global communications are impactful, targeted and relevant to our members.
