We are an established, impact-driven Legal Support Agency that has been operating successfully for approximately seven years. Backed by a dedicated team of experienced paralegals, our mission is to provide accessible, high-quality, non-regulated legal-support services to individuals, charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), community organisations, and SMEs.

Our portfolio encompasses over ten successful court claims, alongside employment matters, contracts, civil disputes, formal complaints, GDPR and data protection, organisational policies, commercial matters, legal research, documentation, and McKenzie Friend support where appropriate. We have built a robust infrastructure, rich case history, and reliable operating framework—and we are now ready to take the next exciting step in our evolution.

About the Role (Fully Remote)

This is a fully remote, flexible, 100% voluntary and unpaid position designed for qualified legal professionals looking to step into non-profit leadership, gain high-level management experience, or apply their expertise for meaningful social impact.

We recognise that our ideal candidate may have existing career, family, or personal commitments. Therefore, the role is structured with total flexibility around your schedule—whether you are working part-time, returning from a career break, or balancing parental leave.

• Suggested commitment: Approximately 10–12 hours per week, flexibly arranged between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, over an engaging 16-week programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop our existing team of paralegals, overseeing work allocation and providing professional guidance.

• Operations & Quality Control: Review active casework, strengthen case-management procedures, and enhance organisational quality controls and compliance standards.

• Commercial & Service Development: Help shape and expand our commercial legal-support services tailored for charities, CICs, community organisations, and SMEs.

• Documentation & Contracts: Contribute to the drafting, review, and refinement of contracts, formal policies, legal research, and documentation.

• Governance & Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all services operate strictly within appropriate legal, ethical, and non-regulated boundaries.
