Could your lived experience help shape the future of inclusive arts?

At Bamboozle Theatre Company, we create transformative experiences for learning disabled and autistic young people through immersive theatre, creative learning and family projects. Our work reaches children who are often unheard—and we’re determined that their families’ voices are heard at every level of our organisation.

That’s why we’re recruiting two new Trustees to join our Board—and we’re especially looking for:

• One parent/carer of a young person with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
• One parent/carer of an autistic young person

You don’t need to have been a trustee, director, or governor before. In fact, no previous board experience is required. What matters to us is that you:

 Bring insight from lived experience
 Care about inclusive, accessible creative work
 Are open, honest, and supportive of others
 Want to contribute to the future of a values-led charity
