Data Volunteer
Bradford and Airedale Citizens Advice and Law Centre is a leading provider of legal advice and information, supporting thousands of clients every year. We are a busy, client focused and dynamic service with a track record of delivering high quality advice.
This voluntary role is a great opportunity to make a difference to people’s lives
As a Data Volunteer you will:

Analyse a range of data including demographic data, client data, financial data and client feedback

Produce a range of reports as required both for the organisation itself and our funders

Use data to identify any gaps in our service provision to help us develop future projects and services.

Contribute to any funding bids, funder reports or awareness campaigns which require data to support the work being produced.

write information for the local Citizens Advice website or newsletter

Raise awareness with staff and volunteers about the importance of data.

Help provide information and evidence to contribute to reports
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will self-motivated, with strong research numeracy and IT skills and have the ability to contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach.
