About the role 

We are looking for Volunteer Coordinator to manage our Volunteer Programme.  This is a voluntary position.  

You’ll help us recruit and support our volunteers who do an amazing job supporting our members in our clubs.   

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and coordinate CASPA’s volunteer programme. This includes recruitment and onboarding of volunteers. 

  • Support volunteers and managers throughout the volunteering cycle. 

  • Ensure all checks, training, and compliance requirements are completed  

  • Maintain accurate volunteer records and HR systems  

  • Act as the main point of contact for volunteer queries and support  

  • Promote a positive and engaging volunteer experience across CASPA 

Salary Band:   Voluntary 

Reports to: CEO 

Working Pattern:  2-4 hours per week can be flexible 

Location: Oakley House, Bromley (Mondays or Tuesdays) or work from home.
