ETS are looking for mature Christians who want to become Discipleship Leaders
Most mature Christians have studied God`s word, listened to hundreds of sermons, but have never been able to release their knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith to a new believer.
Therefore, if you are a mature believer, have a good understanding of basic scripture, and want to help a new believer, or someone, who wants to grow in their faith, then you are an idea candidate for become a Discipleship Leader with ETS.
We will provide an initial one-to-one Zoom training along with a 12-month period of discipleship training, using our manuals and will support you throughout the year, when you start to engage with your first brother or sister in Christ. Once you have completed the first year in discipleship, we will provide you with an ETS Discipleship Leaders Certificate.
Many Churches need people to step up and become discipleship leaders, so that the Body of the Church can grow, mature to have real disciples, as Jesus said: “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”
Notice Jesus did not say anything about making converts!
ETS will provide the tools to help you do this, with our training, support, experience, and manuals.
