Job description

We're recruiting on behalf of our partners at MINDSET.

VOLUNTEER GRAPHIC DESIGNER (MINDSET Charity) - REMOTE

Help Us Launch a Movement This November

MINDSET is a bold new preventative mental fitness charity for teenage boys and men in London — and we’re launching this November. We’re building a modern, high‑energy, stigma‑free space where men learn the habits, systems, and psychological tools to stay strong long before crisis hits.

To bring this mission to life, we need a creative powerhouse — a Graphic Designer who can help us shape the visual identity of a charity built to feel more like a fitness brand than a traditional organisation.

If you want your work to matter, to inspire, and to change lives, this is your moment.

THE ROLE: GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Volunteer)

We’re looking for a designer who can help us create a suite of high‑impact visuals that will define our launch. You’ll be part of a small, passionate team building something genuinely needed in London.

You’ll help us design:

  • Roller Banners for school programmes and community events.

  • Merchandise (t‑shirts, hoodies, wristbands, stickers).

  • Launch Graphics for November 2026.

  • Social Media Assets that feel modern, bold, and motivational.

  • Printed Materials (flyers, posters, guides and booklets).

  • Digital Templates for our 12‑week mental fitness programme.

  • Brand Elements that strengthen our identity and message.

Your work will be seen by schools, partners, funders, teenage boys, and men across London — and will directly support our mission to prevent silent suffering and build stronger futures.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You don’t need decades of experience. You don’t need agency credentials. You just need skill, passion, and a desire to build something meaningful.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Loves creating clean, modern, bold designs.

  • Can work with brand guidelines (or help us refine them).

  • Enjoys fast‑paced, start‑up style collaboration.

  • Wants their work to have real social impact.

  • Can commit a few hours a week between now and November.

  • Is excited by the idea of shaping a charity’s visual identity from day one.

If you’re the kind of designer who gets fired up by purpose‑driven projects, you’ll fit right in.

WHY JOIN MINDSET?

1. Because your designs will change lives.

Every banner, every graphic, every piece of merchandise helps us reach boys and men who desperately need preventative support.

2. Because we operate like a modern brand.

Think Gymshark, Huel, or MyProtein — clean lines, bold messaging, high energy. Not clinical. Not corporate. Not outdated.

3. Because you’ll be part of a founding team.

Your creativity will help define how MINDSET looks, feels, and communicates for years to come.

4. Because this is meaningful work.

We’re building a movement that exists to stop preventable tragedies. Your designs will help us reach the men who need us most.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • A chance to build a full brand suite for a new charity.

  • Portfolio‑ready work with real‑world impact.

  • A supportive, energetic team who value creativity.

  • Flexible volunteering you can fit around your life.

  • The satisfaction of knowing your work is helping save lives.
