Start-Up Men and Boys Mental Health Charity Seeking Board Members (VOLUNTEER)

FOUNDING TRUSTEES WANTED

Help Build Something That Matters.

MINDSET is assembling its founding Board of Trustees.

We're building a movement for men's and teenage boys' mental health, wellbeing and personal growth, and we're looking for passionate, driven and committed people to help shape our future.

This is NOT a trustee role for someone who simply wants to attend monthly board meetings.

We're looking for people who want to roll up their sleeves, contribute their skills, share their experience and help build something meaningful from the ground up.

If you're excited by the opportunity to help create a national movement with purpose, ambition and impact, we'd love to hear from you.

We're Looking For:

1. Chair of Trustees

Provide strategic leadership, support the development of the Board and help guide MINDSET's growth and long-term vision.

2. Treasurer (Finance Trustee)

Help set up the financial systems and procedures, and oversee financial governance, sustainability and responsible stewardship as we build the organisation.

3. Company Secretary (Governance Trustee)

Support good governance, compliance and effective Board operations.

4. Additional Trustees

We're particularly interested in hearing from people with experience in:

• Fundraising
• Grant Writing
• Mental Health
• Wellbeing
• Secondary Schools (PHSE)
• Partnership Building/Development
• Community Building
• Strategy
• Charity Management
• Startups
• Safeguarding
