MINDSET is a new movement for men's and teenage boys' mental health, wellbeing and personal growth.
We're assembling a team of passionate, people-focused volunteers who can help us build an incredible volunteer culture before we launch in 2027.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1. RECRUITMENT VOLUNTEERS
Help us identify and attract talented individuals who want to help build MINDSET from the ground up.
2. HR VOLUNTEERS
Help us create positive volunteer experiences, policies, systems and processes that support sustainable growth.
3. VOLUNTEER MANAGERS
Help coordinate, support and develop our growing volunteer community.
4. PEOPLE & CULTURE BUILDERS
Help shape the environment, standards and culture that will define MINDSET.
5. TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALISTS
Help us find the right people for the right roles at the right time.
WHAT YOU'LL HELP DO
- Promote volunteer opportunities.
- Create and distribute application packs.
- Communicate with applicants.
- Review applications.
- Shortlist candidates.
- Arrange and conduct interviews.
- Carry out onboarding and inductions.
- Support volunteer retention.
- Build volunteer engagement.
- Help shape organisational culture.
- Develop volunteer recognition initiatives.
- Ensure volunteers feel welcomed, valued and supported.
