Job description

Are you a qualified and skilled Pilates Instructor and would like to support those going through crisis? We are looking for a passionate volunteer to facilitate weekly Pilates sessions for mixed abilities, encouraging individuals to improve their strength and overall well-being, by promoting a positive and supportive environment!

What you will be doing

  • Design session plans and facilitate weekly Pilates sessions
  • Adapt and modify exercises to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals
  • Promote the benefits of Pilates and its positive impact on physical and mental well-being

The skills you need

  • Skilled and qualified Pilates Instructor
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to provide a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and participation
