Ignite Youth (East London) is launching a brand new weekly youth club on Wednesday evenings in East London, and we have an incredible volunteer opportunity for a dedicated Youth Club Manager to lead and oversee this exciting new programme. We are building a vibrant, inclusive space for young people—and now we need YOUR leadership, organisation, and passion to make it thrive.

We are seeking a committed volunteer to take on the role of Youth Club Manager. You will be at the heart of our weekly youth club, ensuring that sessions run smoothly, safely, and with energy. Working alongside our volunteers, you will help create a welcoming environment where young people feel valued, inspired, and supported.

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership & coordination: Overseeing the weekly youth club, guiding volunteers, and ensuring activities are well-organised.

• Safeguarding & safety: Making sure the club is a safe, inclusive space for all young people.

• Programme delivery: Helping plan and deliver engaging activities that reflect the needs and interests of East London’s youth.

• Community connection: Building relationships with young people, volunteers, and local partners to strengthen our impact.
