Job description

Core Purpose: To act as the enthusiastic face and voice of the charity within your personal, professional, and local communities. By sharing our incredible UK challenges and international charity expeditions, you will inspire others to take on a life-changing challenge while helping raise vital funds for the charity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Promotion: Actively promote an upcoming adventure trip within your own networks, including workplaces, sports clubs, community hubs, and friendship groups.
  • Digital Advocacy: Share the official trip launch, marketing assets, and booking link across your personal social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Word-of-Mouth Recruitment: Encourage individuals and groups to sign up for a designated challenge, answering basic questions about the trips based on the informational toolkits provided to you.
  • Community Feedback: Act as the ears on the ground, passing back insights, questions, or ideas from potential participants to the core team to help shape future trips.
