- Partnership Mapping & Research: Scour social media, Google, local directories, and fitness networks to identify potential partners (e.g., vegan groups, eco-conscious gyms, walking clubs, outdoor influencers).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized Partnerships Tracker spreadsheet (listing organization names, key contact info, social handles, and alignment reasons).
- Initial Cold Outreach: Send out template-based pitch emails and Social Media/LinkedIn direct messages to explain the dual-branded initiative and gauge their interest.
- Warm Handover: Once a group or influencer expresses concrete interest and wants to discuss details, passing this to the team to finalise the partnership (option to remain involved with this process if the applicant would like to be part of the full life cycle of managing the partnership)
Required Experience & Skills
- Excellent written communication skills—able to write warm, persuasive pitch messages.
- Highly resourceful with strong internet research skills (proficient with Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google searching).
