Job description
Core Purpose: To support the Adventures for Animals Team within the charity, who organise fundraising challenges worldwide, by owning the data-entry process of uploading adventure challenges onto the website. This role requires an eye for detail to ensure all passenger-facing information is accurate.
Key Responsibilities
- Trip & Itinerary Uploading: Input finalized trip text, itineraries, price points, and dates onto the website backend using predefined templates.
- Content Migration & Formatting: Format trip pages, ensuring trip support documents are correctly placed and easy to read.
- Basic Website Housekeeping: Check for any broken links and update expired trips/information
- Asset Coordination: Gather high-quality imagery and video clips from the team to attach to specific trip listings.
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience with administering websites
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Methodical, organized, and comfortable working independently following video walkthroughs (full training will also be provided)
