Activities Coordinator

In this role, you’ll plan and deliver creative activities, build relationships within the community, and contribute to innovative wellbeing initiatives. Your work will help reduce isolation and improve the quality of life for local residents.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, deliver, and evaluate group and individual activities (e.g., exercise, gardening, social groups and outings).
· Recruit and manage volunteers while fostering strong community relationships.
· Develop marketing materials and promote programmes through social media, leaflets, and community boards.
· Maintain records, manage referrals, and support project development.
· Community Engagement, build relationships with participants, families, and local organisations

· Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
· Confidence in delivering group activities and engaging participants.
· Proficiency in IT tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, Canva).
· A positive, proactive, and flexible team player with a passion for community care and wellbeing.
