As a Volunteer Football Fitness Coach, you’ll play a vital role in the development and performance of our athletes. Work alongside ex-professional players, gain exposure to elite clubs such as Crystal Palace and London City Lionesses, and apply cutting-edge sports science in a vibrant, ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver football-specific fitness and conditioning sessions.
- Monitor and analyse player performance using sports science tools and data.
- Collaborate with coaches, physios, and sports therapists to optimise training programmes and support player welfare.
- Educate players on nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the squad.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for football, fitness, and women’s sport.
- Knowledge of sports science principles (students and graduates welcome).
- Experience in coaching, fitness training, or athlete development (formal qualifications a bonus).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and grow.
