Do you want to make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of women? Kingston Women’s Centre (KWC) is looking for a Trustee to join our Board of dedicated professionals.
KWC is a highly regarded and well-established charity providing low-cost counselling and therapy within a safe and caring environment for women of all backgrounds in and around Kingston upon Thames. For over 40 years KWC has been a cornerstone of our community supporting thousands of women with their mental welfare. Our vision is to see women thrive in all areas of life and achieve their goals and aspirations.
As a Trustee of KWC, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our charity and amplifying our impact. We are seeking women with diverse skills and experience who will bring enthusiasm and commitment to the role and broaden the diversity of our thinking on the Board. We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in fundraising, social media, marketing and finance.
Successful candidates will need to attend six board meetings per year (usually on Fridays 09.30 – 11.30). Additionally, you’ll be invited to participate in other projects/meetings with time commitments discussed beforehand.
