Are you the person who brings order to the mission? At MINDSET, we believe that every man deserves a supportive community to help him navigate life’s challenges. We are a start-up charity moving out of our "founding" phase and into a period of exciting growth.

Our current support lead, Daniel, has been an amazing help in getting us off the ground. Now, we are looking for a dedicated Admin & Service Support Lead to take the baton and design the professional systems that will carry us into our next chapter.

The VOLUNTEER Opportunity

As our Admin & Service Support Lead, your role is about more than just paperwork—it’s about scale. You will be the architect of our back-office, ensuring that as we reach more men, our administration remains seamless, professional, and supportive.

In this role, you will:

• Design for Success: Take our initial setup and refine it into high-functioning administrative processes.

• Support the Frontline: Ensure our service delivery team has everything they need—from organised schedules to clear documentation—to focus on helping men.

• Manage the Flow: Be the central point for inquiries, ensuring every man or partner who reaches out to MINDSET receives a professional and timely response.

• Build the Toolkit: Create the templates, filing systems, and reporting structures that will allow us to grow nationwide.
