YOUR BATTLEFIELD (THE ROLE)

• Build the Identity: Design high-octane digital assets, brochures, and programme materials that resonate with the modern man.

• Raise the Profile: Create viral-ready social media content and campaign graphics that stop the scroll and start the conversation.

• Scale the Brand: Help us establish a visual language that carries our message from local hubs to national recognition across England.

• Empower the Journey: Craft the look and feel of our life-changing workshops and growth programmes.

WHO YOU ARE

• A Visual Storyteller: You know how to use colour, typography, and imagery to evoke strength, empathy, and hope.

• A Self-Starter: You have the "startup spirit"—you’re proactive, adaptable, and ready to build from the ground up.

• A Believer: You understand the mental health crisis facing men today and you want to use your talent to fight back.

• A Technician: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar high-level tools.
