Job description

Are you ready to build a legacy that saves lives?

In England today, too many men are living below their potential, navigating life without a compass or a tribe. At MINDSET, we are changing that narrative. We believe that through brotherhood, community, and intentional self-improvement, every man can reclaim his strength, sharpen his purpose, and build a better future.

We have the vision. We have the momentum. Now, we need the Architect of Growth.

The Volunteer Opportunity: Men's Self-Improvement Project Manager (Volunteer)

As our first-ever Self-Improvement Project Manager, you won’t just be "running workshops"—you will be designing the blueprint for personal transformation. You will lead the creation, setup, and management of MINDSET’s personal growth activities, self-improvement groups, and development programmes. You are the one who helps men move from where they are to where they want to be.

Who You Are

We aren't looking for a CV; we’re looking for a character. We need a visionary leader who is:

  • A Growth Catalyst: You have the entrepreneurial spirit to design high-energy programmes—whether it’s fitness challenges, leadership workshops, or goal-setting circles—that inspire men to take action.

  • A People Person: You lead by example. You can manage groups with the right balance of challenge and support, fostering a true culture of brotherhood and accountability.

  • A Person of Action: You are a "doer." You have the dedication to take a concept and build it into a thriving, structured programme that gets results.

  • A Believer: You are obsessed with personal development. You know that a man’s growth is never finished, and you’re passionate about helping others unlock their best selves.

The Volunteer Role

Working directly with the Founder and CEO, you will be the lead architect of our growth curriculum. You’ll be responsible for setting up our self-improvement tracks, managing the logistics of our growth groups, and ensuring that every MINDSET programme is as practical as it is inspiring. You are the coach for the coaches.

Why Join Us?

This is a chance to be there at the "Day One" of something massive. You will help define what "Self-Improvement" looks like for men across England. You’ll gain high-level experience in programme management and human development, but more importantly, you’ll be the person who helps a man realize that his past doesn't define his future.

"A man’s mindset is the foundation of his future. Help us build the programmes that help men reach their peak."

If you have the leadership skills to manage and the heart to serve, we want to hear from you. Help us turn the tide on men’s mental health by building the tribe.
