Can you turn a mission into a movement through design? At MINDSET, we believe that every man deserves a supportive community to help him navigate life’s challenges. We are a start-up charity at the "Day One" stage, and we need a creative visionary to help us build a brand that speaks to fathers, brothers, and sons across the country.

We have the vision and the heart; now we are looking for a Graphic Designer to give MINDSET its face and voice.

The VOLUNTEER Opportunity

As our first Graphic Designer, you won’t just be "tweaking logos"—you will be building our entire visual toolkit from the ground up. Your work will be the first thing a man sees when he looks for help, and the last thing he remembers after a life-changing session.

In this role, you will create:

• Digital Impact: Design engaging social media posts, web graphics, and motion graphics that cut through the noise.

• Physical Presence: Create high-impact roller banners, business stationery, and merchandise that our community can wear with pride.

• Educational Tools: Layout professional guide booklets and info-graphics that make personal development accessible and clear.

• Brand Consistency: Help us define the look and feel of MINDSET as we grow from a start-up to a national household name.

Who We Are Looking For

We need someone with a "clean" eye and a heart for men’s wellbeing. You’re a great fit if you are:

• A Visual Storyteller: You know how to use color, typography, and layout to evoke strength, empathy, and hope.

• Versatile: You’re as comfortable designing a 20-page booklet as you are a 15-second social media reel.

• Self-Driven: You enjoy the freedom of a blank canvas and are happy to take the lead on creative projects.

• Mission-Driven: You understand that great design isn't just about looking good—it’s about making our life-saving services more reachable.
