Are you a tech expert who wants to use your skills for a bigger purpose? At MINDSET, we believe that every man deserves a supportive community to help him navigate life’s challenges. We are a start-up charity at the "Day One" stage, building a digital-first organization that supports men’s mental health through brotherhood and intentional growth.
We have the vision and the heart; now we are looking for an IT Specialist to build and protect the digital house we live in.
The VOLUNTEER Opportunity
As our first IT Specialist, you won’t just be "fixing Wi-Fi"—you will be the architect of our entire technical infrastructure. From securing our data to ensuring our team can collaborate seamlessly from anywhere in the UK, your work ensures that our mission stays online and our members stay protected.
In this role, you will:

Build the Workspace: Set up and manage our Microsoft Office 365 environment, including SharePoint for seamless team collaboration.

Manage Our Systems: Source, implement, and maintain our CRM platform and digital Case Management system to track our impact safely.

Secure the Frontier: Configure and manage IT devices (laptops and phones), ensuring they are encrypted, secure, and dedicated solely to MINDSET’s mission.

Tech Strategy: Advise the Board on the best software and hardware solutions to help us scale from a start-up to a national movement.
