We are a start-up charity beginning our journey, and we are passionate about men’s mental health and personal development through brotherhood and intentional growth.

We have the vision and a dedicated Board; now we are looking for an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our organisation.

The VOLUNTEER Opportunity

As our first Operations Manager, you will work side-by-side with our Executive Director to turn our mission into a reality. This isn't just about spreadsheets—it’s about impact. You will be the architect of our internal systems, ensuring that as we grow, we stay efficient, effective, and true to our values.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Executive Director: Act as a strategic partner, helping to manage projects, deadlines, and the day-to-day pulse of the charity.

• Build the Systems: Help us implement the tools and processes (from CRMs to communication channels) that keep a remote team connected.

• Keep Us on Track: Oversee the "moving parts" of our projects, ensuring that our initiatives for men’s growth are delivered on time and with excellence.

• Shape Our Future: Contribute to high-level strategy and governance as we scale from a start-up to a nationwide movement.
