At MINDSET, we believe that every man deserves a supportive community to help him navigate life’s challenges. We are a start-up charity begining our journey and we are passionate and dedicated about men’s mental health and personal development through brotherhood and intentional growth.

We have the vision and a dedicated Board, now we are looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to be the heart of our community.

The VOLUNTEER Opportunity

As our first Volunteer Coordinator, your role is about more than administration—it’s about connection. You will be the primary point of contact for our supporters, ensuring that every person who joins MINDSET feels valued, mentored, and empowered.

In this role, you will:

• Be the Face of MINDSET: Welcome and onboard new volunteers, ensuring they find a role that matches their talents and passions.

• Nurture our Culture: Help us maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive team spirit across our remote network.

• Coordinate Growth: Lead the recruitment of new team members as we expand our reach across the country.

• Support Development: Ensure our volunteers aren't just giving their time, but are gaining personal and professional skills in return.
