Virtual Office Manager – VOLUNTEER ROLE

Join the MINDSET Tribe

Empower Men. Change Lives. Shape a Brighter Future.

MINDSET is a small but mighty, volunteer‑run, non‑therapeutic men’s mental wellbeing and personal growth charity on a mission to help men across England rebuild confidence, find direction, and create a fresh start. We’re here to make sure men feel heard, supported, and uplifted — one honest conversation at a time.

We believe in the power of warmth, encouragement, connection, and steady presence. Through projects, partnerships, and community support, we help men move forward with confidence, clarity, and hope.

As we move from our start‑up phase into our launch phase, we’re looking for committed, passionate volunteers who want to be part of something vibrant, positive, and genuinely life‑changing. We may be new and small, but our ambition is huge — and our impact will be even bigger.

The Role: Virtual Office Manager – VOLUNTEER ROLE

This is a pivotal role for someone who believes in organisation, clarity, empowerment, and transformation — and wants to help shape a charity from the ground up.

As MINDSET’s Virtual Office Manager, you will be the central coordinator of our remote operations. You will keep our digital “office” running smoothly, support volunteers with day‑to‑day admin needs, manage systems and processes, and ensure communication flows clearly across the charity. You’ll help build the structure that allows our volunteers to deliver life‑changing support to men across England.

This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, enjoys supporting others, and thrives in a remote‑first environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the smooth running of MINDSET’s virtual office and remote operations.

  • Coordinate internal communication, scheduling, and volunteer support.

  • Maintain digital filing systems, shared drives, and administrative processes.

  • Support the CEO and leadership team with admin, documentation, and organisation.

  • Assist with onboarding processes and ensure volunteers have what they need to thrive.

  • Keep policies, templates, and internal resources organised and accessible.

  • Help maintain clarity, structure, and consistency across the charity.

  • Champion a culture of organisation, connection, empowerment, and positivity.

What You Bring

  • Experience in administration, office management, coordination, or operations.

  • Strong organisational skills and a love of structure and clarity.

  • Confidence working remotely and managing digital systems.

  • A passion for men’s mental wellbeing, personal growth, and social change.

  • Warmth, patience, and the ability to support volunteers with kindness.

  • A hands‑on, start‑up mindset and willingness to build processes from scratch.

  • A belief in the power of uplifting, empowering, and transformative support.

Why Join MINDSET?

  • Be part of a start‑up charity with huge heart, huge ambition, and huge potential.

  • Shape the internal systems and structure that will change men’s lives.

  • Join a warm, supportive, purpose‑driven volunteer team.

  • Use your organisational skills to build something meaningful from the ground up.

  • Help create a positive, vibrant movement for men’s wellbeing across England.

  • Leave a legacy of growth, development, empowerment, and transformation.

This is your moment to make a real difference.

If you believe in the power of connection, compassion, and community — and you want to help men rebuild confidence, direction, and hope — then we’d love you to join the MINDSET tribe.

Apply today and help us build a charity that uplifts, empowers, and transforms lives.
