What You’ll Lead

As our Head of HR & Volunteering, you will:

• Build a volunteer force rooted in brotherhood, empathy, and action

• Shape a culture where honesty isn’t optional — it’s the foundation

• Develop recruitment pathways that attract men and allies who get it

• Create training that empowers volunteers to lead with courage and compassion

• Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusion are lived values, not paperwork

• Support a growing national team with clarity, care, and purpose

• Help design the systems that will carry this movement across the country

You’ll be the architect of the people side of MINDSET — the heartbeat of everything we do.
