OMF UK National Director

OMF UK is part of OMF International: a gospel-focused missionary fellowship supporting the growth of the East Asian church, serving its communities and taking the good news of Jesus to people who have not heard it. OMF International is a network of partners with over 3000 workers from over 40 nations in ministry in East Asia and across the world. 

The Trustees are seeking a National Director to lead OMF UK, implementing and developing our strategic aim to be a centre for mission for sharing the good news of Jesus with East Asia's peoples in, to, and from the UK: 

• in the UK through diaspora related ministry 

• to the UK as we facilitate the receiving of workers to the UK to join that diaspora work, and as we serve local churches in welcoming those arriving to the UK 

• from the UK in our commitment of seeing women and men sent to serve in East Asia, including through new initiatives such as workplace ministry 

The National Director will work closely with the UK Leadership Team, the Board and the International Director for Europe and Africa, to ensure that the organisation is clearly led, carefully managed and staff and members are supported and encouraged in their own responsibilities and objectives. The National Director will also work with colleagues in the wider international OMF community to fulfil the aims of the mission.
